About the Role

• Reduce cyber and physical security risks to protect people, property, reputation, and shareholder value. • Provide 24/7 secure tactical driving for executives. • Perform counter‑surveillance for selected executives. • Maintain strict confidentiality of all corporate matters and executive communications. • Deliver security and protective services for executive events and ensure smooth venue transitions. • Conduct dignitary advances, security assessments, and investigations as needed. • Liaise with federal, state, and local law‑enforcement and executive protection partners. • Lead planning and protection for international executive travel. • Conduct residential vulnerability assessments and coordinate security system upgrades for executives. • Execute independent, complex, highly confidential corporate investigations. • Recommend corrective actions for internal controls, policy, and procedural deficiencies. • Investigate alleged violations of law or the Code of Business Conduct. • Interview employees and non‑employees, document findings, manage evidence, and coordinate with internal and external resources. • Provide risk mitigation recommendations to management. • Prepare comprehensive investigative reports. • Engage regulators and councils on critical infrastructure issues. • Act as a liaison to law‑enforcement networks. • Support corporate security functions such as shareholder meetings, tabletop exercises, executive protection, crisis management, and business continuity planning. • Establish and maintain relationships with law‑enforcement agencies at all levels. • Conduct complex internal and external investigations and work with business units to implement corrective actions. • Promote campus security through employee awareness campaigns. • Maintain compliance with Constellation’s firearms program. • Work rotating 24/7 shifts, on‑call, weekends, overtime, and holidays. • Obtain NERC/CIP and nuclear site unescorted access.

What You Bring

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, risk assessment, and firearms recordkeeping. • Pass a psychological exam. • Possess 10 years of law‑enforcement experience (or equivalent investigative background). • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Travel domestically and internationally as required. • Obtain LEOSA qualifications and necessary concealed‑carry permits. • Advanced degree (e.g., CPA, CFA, MBA) – preferred. • Obtain and maintain a secret or top‑secret clearance – preferred. • Hold certifications such as CPP, PSP, CFE – preferred. • Experience conducting physical facility advances and vulnerability assessments – preferred. • Experience in business continuity and crisis management – preferred. • Prior corporate security, executive protection, commercial security, or dignitary protection experience – preferred. • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Teams, PowerPoint, and Apple iOS – preferred. • Ability to communicate clearly across business units, functional groups, corporate levels, and external stakeholders – preferred.
