About the Role

The driver safely operates a heavy‑duty truck on assigned transfer routes, performing all duties scheduled by the Operations Manager or Dispatch and assisting fellow drivers as needed. • Operate the vehicle in compliance with OSHA, DOT, and all local, state, and federal regulations while maintaining a clean, safe truck. • Perform pre‑ and post‑trip DVIR inspections, documenting any issues for corrective action. • Immediately report unsafe conditions, service calls, incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage to the Operations Manager or Dispatch. • Communicate customer requests, blocked containers, missed pick‑ups, and other route issues to Dispatch or Operations Manager. • Dump containers, clean the site, position containers correctly, and submit customer tickets for excess yardage removal. • Follow assigned route schedules, complete end‑of‑day documentation, and assist other drivers as directed. • Participate in all required training sessions, briefings, and meetings.

What You Bring

Qualifications include a commercial driver’s license (CDL B) with a minimum age of 18, successful completion of a pre‑employment DOT drug screen, physical, background check, and an acceptable driving record. No prior work experience or formal education is required. The role may require travel by air or access to federal property; therefore, candidates must possess a REAL ID or a TSA‑approved alternative, or be willing to obtain one. • Maintain an acceptable driving record and hold a valid CDL B (minimum age 18).

The position offers a base pay of $32.08 per hour, with a range up to $35.64 depending on experience and location. Work is full‑time, Monday through Friday, with a shift that begins at 5:30 AM. Candidates with at least one year of CDL driving experience in waste collection or local delivery are strongly preferred.
