About the Role

The Supplier Diversity Program Manager will report to the Head of Supplier Diversity and work with Cost Center Directors and senior leaders across the USA. The role focuses on expanding Turner & Townsend’s US Supplier Diversity Program, ensuring compliance with internal policies and client requirements, and providing guidance on regional and national projects. Key duties include developing and implementing diversity strategies, identifying and qualifying diverse suppliers, collaborating with CBRE’s Supplier Engagement team, and analysing performance against benchmarks. The manager will also maintain strategic partnerships with diversity organizations, support procurement activities, monitor compliance with client diversity goals, and use data tools to enhance the pool of diverse contractors. • Develop and deliver Supplier Diversity strategies and initiatives. • Identify, assess, and qualify diverse suppliers for project opportunities. • Collaborate with CBRE Supplier Engagement to expand client outreach. • Analyze performance metrics and generate benchmark reports. • Establish strategic partnerships with diversity and community organizations. • Provide regional and national support for procurement and compliance activities. • Monitor client diversity requirements and track spend and payments. • Utilize data tools to grow the diverse contractor pool and track utilization. • Represent the firm on boards such as NMSDC, WBENC, and regional industry groups. • Design and manage capacity‑building programs, including mentor‑protégé initiatives.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and have 5–10 years of relevant experience in supplier inclusion, procurement, or program management, preferably within the public sector or corporate environment. Preferred qualifications include deep knowledge of supplier‑diversity best practices, construction processes, strong data‑analysis capabilities, and the ability to build trust‑based relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. • 5–10 years of experience in supplier inclusion, procurement, or program management. • Strong knowledge of supplier diversity best practices and construction processes. • Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and metric tracking. • Demonstrated ability to build trust‑based relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and listening skills.
