About the Role

The HVAC Customer Resource Coordinator ensures efficient scheduling of technicians and timely completion of service tasks while maintaining strong customer communication. • Receive and schedule customer service calls, managing technician and mechanic assignments • Align schedules to meet preventative maintenance targets and monthly forecasting goals • Daily debrief with technicians/mechanics to resolve concerns and ensure job completion • Coordinate with billing and support coordinators to progress completed jobs through business processes • Communicate action plans to customers, confirm work meets expectations, and follow up as needed • Maintain up‑to‑date customer account information in NxGen and ensure on‑time service visits • Support parts ordering, purchase order creation, start‑up assistance, and WIP management • Participate in daily huddles, weekly planning meetings, and assist with time/expense reporting

What You Bring

We seek candidates with a high school diploma (or equivalent), 2‑5 years of service‑industry scheduling experience, solid organizational skills, and strong interpersonal communication. Preference is given to those with an associate degree and familiarity with basic project accounting or costing principles. • High school diploma or equivalent; 2‑5 years of service industry experience in operations or scheduling • Strong organizational, attention‑to‑detail, and independent work skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with internal and external clients • Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on financial impact • Ability to influence diverse teams and achieve goals • Preferred associate degree and basic knowledge of project accounting or costing principles
