About the Role

You will join a renowned client’s gas maintenance team, delivering planned and preventative services, fault diagnosis and repairs while upholding health‑and‑safety standards. Work orders are managed in real time and specialist support is engaged when required. • Perform planned and preventative gas maintenance, fault finding and repairs on commercial sites. • Open and close work orders in real time, adhering to service level agreements. • Escalate technical issues to specialist teams when necessary. • Ensure continuous compliance with health and safety regulations. • Maintain professional appearance and keep the company vehicle in good condition. • Provide high‑quality customer service within a people‑focused environment. • Participate in a 1‑in‑4‑weeks on‑call schedule, including occasional Saturdays.

Experience on high‑profile commercial contracts, particularly in retail or supermarket settings, and familiarity with refrigeration and commercial M&E technologies are also required. • Work independently under pressure, prioritising a demanding workload. • Communicate operational issues clearly both verbally and in writing. • Hold a recognised commercial gas qualification and Gas Safe certification. • Possess HVAC knowledge and a full driving licence. • Demonstrate experience with high‑profile commercial contracts, especially retail/supermarket. • Understand refrigeration systems and commercial M&E service technologies.
