About the Role
The role supports the delivery of strategic advisory services and project management for public and private mandates, covering business cases, economics, collaborative procurement, climate change, sustainability and asset management. Our advisory team blends an analytical mindset with strong commercial awareness and risk‑focused project delivery, communicating confidently with senior client leaders. Typical responsibilities span strategic advice to public authorities, development of procurement documentation, structured decision‑making and options assessments, climate resilience planning, project management, report and audit drafting, risk management, proposal preparation, internal budgeting and reporting, and support for regional and global initiatives. • Provide strategic advice to public sector authorities on infrastructure procurement and capital expenditure. • Develop procurement documentation, including alternative forms such as P3s, CMGCs and PDBs. • Conduct structured decision‑making and options assessment/appraisal for projects. • Create climate resilience and adaptation strategies, assessments and implementation plans. • Lead project management mandates across various initiatives. • Draft reports and conduct project audits. • Manage risk for internal and external mandates. • Prepare and lead the development of proposals. • Oversee internal project management, budgets and reporting. • Support regional and global business initiatives.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a post‑secondary degree and have 10+ years of experience in technical procurement, engineering or infrastructure development, with solid knowledge of the construction industry, proficiency in project management, and exposure to multiple sectors such as transportation, water and energy. Additional requirements include expertise in risk identification and mitigation, strong interpersonal and leadership abilities, excellent written and presentation skills, the capacity to work independently, and a positive, team‑oriented attitude. • Hold a post‑secondary degree with 10+ years of relevant experience. • Demonstrate knowledge of the construction industry and built environment. • Show proficiency in project management processes. • Possess experience across multiple sectors (e.g., built environment, transportation, water, energy). • Exhibit expertise in risk identification, management and mitigation. • Maintain excellent interpersonal, leadership, written and presentation skills.
