About the Role

The firm is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to support a technology client’s rapidly expanding data center infrastructure program. The role works with global construction teams and cross‑functional stakeholders (Analytics, Procurement, Finance) to drive cost management, financial forecasting, risk identification, and program governance on mission‑critical projects. • Conduct pre‑construction cost analysis, budget baselining, and set up annual contractor purchase orders. • Align schedules and costs for phased campus builds, covering off‑site infrastructure and permitting timelines. • Manage internal budgets and schedule‑of‑values using project management software for monthly reporting. • Oversee external budgets, commitments, change orders, and document control on external platforms. • Facilitate change‑order routing, content analysis, and obtain executive approvals. • Ensure accurate quarterly accruals for purchase orders and coordinate with vendors and Finance. • Lead monthly forecasting and cash‑flow analysis, identify variances, and produce executive reports. • Maintain and update risk registers, including contingency assessments. • Perform monthly financial health reviews via dashboards, schedule comparisons, and productivity reports. • Collaborate with site schedulers to synchronize financial forecasts with P6 schedule updates. • Track utility planning impacts, grid capacity constraints, and long‑lead equipment deliveries. • Develop scenario analyses for phasing strategies, resource constraints, and risk exposure. • Partner daily with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams (Analytics, Procurement, Finance). • Prepare and deliver presentations on project health, risks, and performance to leadership. • Support program initiatives, training, and process alignment to ensure consistency across sites. • Adhere to SOX control requirements where applicable.

What You Bring

The position requires onsite work in Lebanon, Indiana, with at least four days per week onsite. Relocation assistance or a per‑diem option is available if full relocation is not feasible. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. • Demonstrated experience in construction project controls for large, multi‑project programs. • Proven forecasting and change‑management expertise on large‑scale construction projects. • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical abilities across multiple sites. • Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and cost‑control tools (eBuilder, Procore, etc.). • Ability to interpret schedules, compare baselines to progress, and link schedule impacts to cost forecasts. • Background in data‑center or mission‑critical infrastructure construction. • Familiarity with utility‑intensive programs, grid constraints, and off‑site infrastructure dependencies. • Comfortable working in phased, campus‑scale programs with AI‑focused infrastructure considerations.
