About the Role
The Tower Foreman leads daily site construction efforts, ensuring crews meet production goals and adhere to MasTec’s Health, Safety, and Environmental policies as well as industry standards such as OSHA, TIA‑10‑48, NATE CTS, and ANSI. Responsibilities include overseeing operations and work quality, maintaining daily paperwork, traveling between sites, following job instructions, compiling and uploading closeout documentation, and coordinating with customer representatives. The role also requires providing leadership, training, and mentorship to crew members, validating timesheets, maintaining equipment and vehicles, and performing any additional duties assigned by management. • Lead daily site construction and ensure crew meets production goals. • Implement MasTec safety policies and industry standards (OSHA, TIA‑10‑48, NATE CTS, ANSI). • Oversee operations, quality of work, and maintain daily paperwork. • Travel between job sites and keep equipment/vehicles operational. • Compile and upload closeout documentation; coordinate with customer representatives. • Mentor, train, and promote safety and construction best practices for crew members. • Validate daily timesheets and maintain accurate records. • Enforce safety, rigging, and construction procedures on site. • Read and interpret site plans, RFDS, construction drawings, and SOW. • Climb towers, lift up to 50 lb, and work up to 12 hours as needed.

What You Bring
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of industry experience, and proven expertise in construction, rigging, and safety. Required skills include reading site plans and RFDS, holding a valid driver’s license, being physically fit to climb towers and lift 50 lb, and possessing relevant certifications such as First Aid, CPR, Wiltron, and others. • Maintain a valid driver’s license and FDOT log books. • Hold a high school diploma/GED and at least 5 years of industry experience. • Possess relevant certifications (First Aid, CPR, Wiltron, Anritsu, Fiber, etc.). • Demonstrate strong organizational, computer, and communication skills.

Compensation ranges from $29 to $34 per hour based on experience, with travel during weekdays, hotel and per‑diem support, and transportation to job sites.
