About the Role
The Recruiter will own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and supporting onboarding—while ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers to define needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and maintain strong relationships throughout the process. • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networks, and referrals. • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. • Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and create compelling job descriptions. • Coordinate interview logistics, gather feedback, and facilitate communication among stakeholders. • Negotiate offers, manage background and reference checks, and support new‑hire onboarding. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain accurate ATS records. • Act as an employer brand ambassador to deliver an exceptional candidate experience. • Stay updated on recruiting trends and improve metrics such as time‑to‑hire and cost‑per‑hire.

What You Bring
• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist. • Proficiency with ATS and HR software (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, BambooHR). • Deep knowledge of employment laws and regulations. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills. • Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities in a fast‑paced environment. • Data‑driven problem‑solving approach to recruitment.
