About the Role

What You Bring

The Program Manager works within a cross‑functional team that includes account managers, client services, data analysts, project managers, industrial engineers, and field technicians, and partners with QA and operations leaders at large food retailers. Success requires strong customer‑service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. • Bachelor’s degree required. • Minimum 4 years experience in supply chain, food distribution, cold‑chain management, transportation, or refrigeration. • Ability to travel up to 25 % within the US and Canada. • Preferred: degree in Agricultural Economics, Post‑Harvest, Mathematics/Statistics, or Food Science and strong understanding of food distribution and refrigeration.
