About the Role
The Leasing Consultant role focuses on all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property, requiring daily onsite presence and a proactive approach to attracting and retaining residents. • Show, lease, and move‑in prospective residents; qualify leads, conduct tours, and sign leases. • Generate new leads, schedule appointments, maintain model units, and follow up to close sales. • Complete all leasing paperwork, assist with lease audits, unit walks, and turnover processes. • Track prospect traffic and respond to leads within 24 hours; maintain accurate leasing data. • Apply sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic, improve closing ratios, and meet leasing goals. • Perform administrative duties and assist with resident complaint resolution. • Develop and support resident retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Help implement the annual marketing plan and conduct weekly market surveys and analysis. • Provide excellent customer service, monitor service request response times, and uphold community policies. • Enforce community policies delegated by the supervisor.

What You Bring
• Minimum requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent; basic computer skills and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA. • Physical ability to lift/move objects up to 25 lb, climb ladders, stand or sit for long periods, and work varied conditions including overtime, weekends, and inclement weather.

Benefits
The position offers an hourly salary of $18, a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401 k match, commissions, bonuses, paid sick days, and holidays), and involves physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb, climbing ladders, and working varied schedules including overtime, weekends, and inclement weather.
