About the Role

The Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for government agencies, community groups, contractors, and internal teams, coordinating project activities and addressing concerns. They will develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies, manage communication channels, and prepare presentations and briefing materials for public forums. • Act as primary liaison for government agencies, community groups, contractors, and internal teams. • Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies, including public consultations and workshops. • Manage communication channels and disseminate project updates, reports, and materials. • Identify potential stakeholder issues early and create mitigation plans. • Align stakeholder expectations with project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. • Monitor and report on engagement metrics and stakeholder satisfaction. • Ensure compliance with public‑engagement regulations and standards. • Prepare presentations, briefing documents, and response materials for meetings and forums. • Maintain comprehensive records of stakeholder interactions and agreements.

What You Bring

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Stakeholder Coordinator (Saudi National) to join our team. In this role you will oversee and manage stakeholder relationships for a wide range of projects, ensuring effective communication, public engagement, and alignment with project goals to facilitate smooth implementation and regulatory compliance. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field and have at least 8 years of stakeholder management experience, preferably on complex transportation projects. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and bilingual (Arabic and English) communication skills, as well as proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, are required. • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration or related field. • Minimum 8 years experience in stakeholder management for complex projects. • Proven ability to coordinate diverse stakeholder groups and manage public engagement. • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and relationship‑building skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic and English. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration/project‑management software. • Ability to analyze stakeholder feedback and translate it into actionable insights.
