About the Role
The Regional Director for Homes.com will lead a dynamic team of ten salespeople who act as strategic digital‑marketing partners for the residential real‑estate market. This role is responsible for driving revenue by selling digital advertising and marketing solutions to new customers, expanding existing accounts, and maintaining high levels of customer service. As a manager, you will coach and develop team members to ensure they meet or exceed their sales targets. In this position you will grow team revenue, set and exceed annual sales growth targets, and attract, hire, develop, and motivate high‑impact sales professionals. You will establish performance targets that align with business goals, provide coaching and training to enhance sales effectiveness, and manage both new customer acquisition and existing account growth. Monitoring sales performance, holding the team accountable, and championing CoStar’s culture and core values are also key responsibilities. • Grow team revenue and exceed annual sales targets. • Recruit, hire, develop, and motivate high‑impact sales professionals. • Set individual and team performance goals aligned with business objectives. • Coach and train staff to improve sales effectiveness. • Lead acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing accounts. • Monitor sales activity, hold team accountable, and ensure performance standards. • Promote CoStar’s culture and core values within the team.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited, in‑person institution and have at least two years of experience directly managing sales professionals, typically overseeing six to eight reps. A proven track record in fast‑paced, short‑cycle sales environments and the ability to work one of the specified EST shift windows are required. Demonstrated commitment to employer success is essential. Preferred candidates will have a strong ability to build long‑term relationships and business partnerships at all customer levels, as well as experience managing SaaS sales teams. They should show a history of rapidly growing a sales territory through new acquisition and account expansion, and possess excellent internal and external relationship‑building skills. The ability to retain top producers, manage underperformers, travel as needed, and adapt in a high‑growth environment is also valued.
