About the Role

Inside Sales Support is a key role reporting to the Inside Sales Lead, based in Dubai. The position supports UAE customers by identifying requirements from existing AMC contracts and the installation base, interacting via phone and email, and offering suitable AMC services to retain customers and maximize opportunities. The role ensures timely and accurate processing of customer requests, assists sales teams in meeting revenue targets, and delivers an exceptional customer experience across fire, HVAC, controls, and security solutions. • Track and manage PSA renewal opportunities for existing customers. • Identify potential customers for new PSA agreements, lifecycle and maintenance services through outreach and database mining. • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, service teams, and other channels. • Transfer qualified leads to the appropriate sales or inside‑sales representative. • Maintain and update lead information in the CRM for accurate tracking and follow‑up. • Prepare and send renewal quotations, follow up with customers, and close renewals within defined timelines. • Receive LPOs/contracts, forward them for order processing, and obtain DOA approvals. • Keep accurate records of renewal status in CRM systems. • Collaborate with field sales teams to ensure smooth handover and order execution. • Provide clear product and service information to customers. • Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary. • Update the CRM with all customer interactions, quotations, and order details. • Coordinate effectively with customers, front‑line, and inside‑sales teams.

What You Bring

• Demonstrate a customer‑focused mindset and attention to detail. • Manage time effectively and stay organized under pressure. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field. • Possess 1–2 years of inside‑sales or customer‑support experience, preferably in fire, HVAC, controls, or security solutions. • Exhibit strong communication and negotiation skills. • Be proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications. • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
