About the Role

The Fire Inspection Manager leads a team of inspection technicians and supervisors, overseeing routine inspections, testing and preventive maintenance of fire alarms, security, low‑voltage electrical, emergency communication and sprinkler systems. The role requires expert blueprint interpretation, hands‑on training, audit execution and performance evaluation to improve safety, profitability and customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with safety standards. • Lead and develop inspection technicians and supervisors. • Schedule and ensure timely completion of all inspection and service contracts. • Review deficiency reports and enforce the company Deficiency Program. • Guarantee accurate service request coding and obtain customer signatures on completions. • Maintain inspection team tools, vehicles and equipment according to company policies. • Implement performance measures and motivate staff to exceed objectives. • Provide ongoing safety training and enforce safety guidelines at all times. • Communicate effectively with customers, authorities and internal stakeholders.

What You Bring

• Hold a two‑year associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience. • Minimum five years of fire protection/life safety experience and five years of management experience. • NICET Level II certification preferred and knowledge of NFPA, IBC, OFC, ULC codes. • Proficient with Microsoft Office and capable of flexible scheduling, including weekends.
