About the Role
The manager will lead construction and installation activities for offshore wellhead towers, subsea cables and piping on a large‑scale project based in Abu Dhabi. The position requires oversight of detailed engineering, coordination with contractors, and delivery of a megaproject exceeding US$1 billion. The role reports to the PMC team and works within KBR’s integrated “team of teams” environment.

What You Bring
• Minimum 20+ years of Oil & Gas industry experience, including detailed engineering projects. • At least 8 years of offshore project experience, specifically with offshore wellhead tower, subsea cable and piping specifications. • 8+ years in a senior role on mega‑FEED/EPC projects valued over US$1 billion. • Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline (required). • Proven ability to manage construction and installation for offshore assets and coordinate multidisciplinary teams. • Strong knowledge of ESG and safety standards in large‑scale offshore environments.
