About the Role
The role is responsible for managing the engineering function to meet station needs and regulatory requirements. • Manage engineering staff performance and development to achieve high‑quality results. • Lead short‑term and long‑term engineering programs impacting site operations. • Participate in business planning, budgeting, and performance reviews for the engineering team. • Serve as senior resource for NGG‑wide engineering system and process initiatives. • Provide emergency response, departmental coverage, call‑outs, and outage support as needed.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or related science, a Professional Engineer license or relevant SRO license, and possess at least five years of engineering experience, including one year in a nuclear power plant, while meeting ANSI/ANS‑3.1‑2014 standards and access/medical requirements. Preferred qualifications include PE registration, an advanced technical degree or MBA, and prior supervisory or managerial experience. • Preferred candidates may hold a Professional Engineer license, an advanced degree (M.S. or MBA), and prior supervisory experience.
