About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician on the Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing (CAM) team in Berea, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of industrial machinery, including CNC machines, punch presses, and spot‑welding equipment. You will also be responsible for rebuilding assemblies to original operating conditions and managing project documentation. • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery, CNC machines, punch presses, and spot‑welding equipment. • Rebuild or repair machines and assemblies to original operating condition. • Conduct equipment failure analysis and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs. • Manage project documentation and coordinate repair issues with engineering, tool room, production leads, and vendors. • Maintain orderly records, order spare parts, and perform additional assigned duties. • Read and interpret specifications, procedures, and engineering drawings; use measuring devices such as torque wrenches, micrometers, and dial indicators.

What You Bring
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, prior manufacturing experience, and the ability to fabricate, weld, or machine parts.
