Assist tenant clients with leasing, market analysis, and admin tasks

About the Role
• Advise tenant‑clients on leasing decisions and property concerns. • Track market activity and identify suitable rental properties. • Support leasing team in commercial property transactions. • Develop solutions for client issues such as rent reductions or maintenance concerns. • Participate in lease negotiations and assist with finalizing agreements. • Monitor lease compliance and process contract updates or amendments. • Perform administrative tasks and coordinate projects to maintain operations. • Maintain and update property databases and tracking tools with accurate listings and client preferences. • Update client databases and internal CRM systems, including Costar. • Create marketing materials such as brochures and flyers. • Compile information for marketing activity reports to support the broker team. • Collaborate with Marketing on pitches and proposals, coordinating with outside vendors when needed.

What You Bring
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field with at least a 3.0 GPA. • Demonstrated interest in a career in Tenant Representation. • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. • Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional demeanor. • Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Team player with a proactive mindset, capable of independent work and group contributions. • Permanent U.S. work authorization required.

Our Tenant Representation Internship provides an 8‑10‑week, hands‑on experience designed to equip interns with the skills needed for a successful real‑estate career. Interns handle real‑world assignments, solve problems, and take ownership of their work while participating in a Virtual Global Speaker Series that offers industry insights and professional development. Each intern is paired with a mentor for bi‑weekly meetings to provide personalized guidance throughout the program. Compensation for this internship ranges from $15.30 to $18.00 per hour, and the company offers a comprehensive benefits package that may include health, vision, dental, flexible spending, retirement, life and disability insurance, as well as paid and unpaid time off. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required; relocation assistance or housing is not provided.
