About the Role

• Lead project pursuit teams, manage pursuit processes and follow quality procedures for document production throughout the full pursuit lifecycle, including interview preparation and coaching. • Assist Market Sector Leaders with developing local marketing plans, market analysis, and supporting business development activities. • Collaborate with internal Client Managers and Teams to develop marketing strategies, client development plans, and pursuit capture planning. • Conduct pursuit capture planning and proposal coordination meetings with technical teams. • Conceptualize, research, and produce marketing materials, proposals, promotions, and presentations. • Manage and produce virtual interviews. • Develop and implement procedures for identification, screening, and selection of pursuits. • Develop and coordinate graphics, write and edit layout materials. • Write non‑technical text, edit and proofread marketing collateral. • Provide storyboarding and message development for proposals. • Ensure timely production and quality of marketing deliverables and communications. • Coordinate professional association events, including developing conference concepts, promotions, and artwork. • Participate in SMPS, WTS and other professional organizations as appropriate.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Preferred Qualification). • Deep knowledge of the A/E/C industry's standard approach to procurement of professional services (Preferred Qualification). • Ability and desire to travel and engage with others in‑person (Preferred Qualification). • Local candidate (Preferred Qualification). • Minimum of 2 years relevant industry experience (Required Qualification). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Required Qualification). • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Required Qualification). • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign (Required Qualification). • Demonstrated self‑starter with a history of completing projects with limited oversight (Required Qualification).
