What You Bring
The role requires 6‑10 years of experience in the switchgear industry and a proven record of leading multidisciplinary global teams in complex project environments for at least 4‑5 years. • Strong knowledge of final distribution products (MCB, RCCB, RCBO, auxiliaries). • Well‑versed on MCB and residual current devices, including IEC and Indian standards. • Experience adapting technologies such as relays, core, residual current chains, and architectures. • Qualified components/assemblies to global, local and internal standards. • Proficient in designing plastic and sheet‑metal parts. • Skilled in tolerance analysis, CAD (Pro‑E), DFM and material selection. • Innovative concept generation for constrained electromechanical systems. • Strong manual calculation and analytical capabilities. • Knowledge of quality aspects, risk mitigation, quality tools, MDR/PRR, xFMEA. • Familiar with PMP/PEP processes. • Proven leadership of multidisciplinary global teams in complex projects (4‑5 years). • Excellent presentation, communication and leadership skills.
