About the Role

The position involves supporting daily operations of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and life‑safety systems, monitoring building performance and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure optimal tenant experience. You will help drive preventive and corrective maintenance programs, work with contractors, track costs and vendor performance, and assist with finance compliance by maintaining purchase recommendations and finance trackers. Additionally, you will support compliance with local codes and safety standards, aid in inspections and regulatory reporting, and help plan and execute building improvement projects on time and within budget. The role also includes developing our people by assisting with training, performance management and maintaining high service‑delivery standards expected by JLL clients. • Oversee daily building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety) and monitor performance. • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, manage contractors, and track costs. • Assist with purchase recommendations and maintain finance trackers to ensure policy compliance. • Support compliance with local codes, safety standards, inspections and regulatory reporting. • Plan and execute building improvement projects on schedule and within budget. • Aid in training, performance management, and development of maintenance staff.

What You Bring

We are looking for candidates with a diploma in Facilities Management, Building Engineering or a related technical field and at least five years of experience in facilities management, building operations or engineering services. Core competencies include strong technical knowledge of building systems, excellent communication and organizational abilities, proficiency in a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and proven problem‑solving skills. Basic project‑management capabilities and leadership potential are also required. • Minimum 5 years of facilities management experience with a diploma in FM, building engineering or related field. • Proficient in CMMS, with strong technical knowledge, communication and problem‑solving skills. • Basic project‑management abilities and leadership potential.
