Job Highlights
About the Role
• Provide electrical designs for a range of building projects, including reports, studies, design calculations, mark‑ups, drawings and specifications. • Design LV power systems, lighting and lightning protection using industry‑standard software such as PowerCAD and AGI/Dialux. • Represent Stantec externally to clients. • Liaise with authorities and contractors.

The successful candidate will apply technical skills and demonstrate commitment to ensure projects are thoroughly designed, personally reviewed and delivered on time, handling large, complex projects with multiple clients. Stantec is involved in a wide variety of project types, including data centres, health, defence, high‑rise, industrial and education, and offers a strong team environment where you will be self‑motivated, resourceful and a great communicator. • Hold a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering. • Ideally have 3+ years experience working in a consulting environment within the building services industry. • Willingness to establish and maintain strong client relationships. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Positive, can‑do attitude, team player and strong work ethic.
