About the Role
• Perform HVAC repairs, cleaning, and component replacement • Fix plumbing issues, replace parts, and install fixtures • Conduct carpentry work such as installing doors, shelves, countertops, and locks • Repair drywall, plaster and paint surfaces • Service electrical systems and appliances, including wiring, circuits, switches, and lamps • Maintain machinery like chillers, belts, pumps, and fans • Provide exceptional customer service to residents

What You Bring
The Maintenance Technician role is ideal for a skilled, problem‑solving professional who thrives in a team environment. Responsibilities include handling HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical/appliance, and machinery tasks while delivering exceptional customer service to residents. Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in commercial or multi‑unit residential property (3–4 years may offset the high school diploma/GED requirement). Preferred certifications include HVAC, electrical, or plumbing, and a valid driver’s license may be needed. Key skills are self‑motivation, teamwork, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work weekends. • 1–2 years experience in commercial or multi‑unit residential property (3–4 years may substitute for education) • High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) • Preferred certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing • Valid driver’s license if required by the property • Self‑motivated, team‑player with strong communication and attention to detail • Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
