About the Role
This role provides full‑time EHS support for JLL Asset Management sites across India, ensuring adherence to regulatory and Microsoft safety requirements, conducting risk assessments, supplying protective equipment, and leading safety tours, audits, and committee participation. The position is on‑site in Pune, Maharashtra, with a scheduled 48‑hour work week. • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory safety, health, and Microsoft site requirements across JLL sites in India. • Submit risk assessments before site arrival as part of the MOP approval process. • Provide required EHS protective equipment (e.g., hard hats, safety glasses, respirators) for site work. • Conduct regular safety tours, self‑assessments, audits and deliver monthly reports to the client. • Participate in safety committees, all‑hands safety meetings, and Microsoft’s GOAL behaviour‑based observation program with required participation rates. • Escort client third‑party service providers to JLL‑controlled areas. • Liaise regularly with client EHS teams to clarify roles and responsibilities. • Investigate safety violations and incidents, prepare corrective action plans, and remove non‑compliant personnel when necessary. • Perform root‑cause incident investigations, produce reports, implement corrective actions, and ensure timely completion. • Report all incidents—including near misses, first aid, and recordable injuries—to client representatives immediately. • Support development and maintenance of site EHS plans that address jurisdictional laws, business activities, and compliance strategies. • Conduct half‑yearly EHS audits/assessments. • Maintain detailed daily records of safety inductions and toolbox talks, including dates, attendees, topics, and signatures. • Update EHS documentation periodically to meet company policy and legal requirements.
