About the Role
As a Guest Services Manager, you will be the heart of exceptional guest experiences, overseeing front desk, bell services, recreation, and food & beverage operations while collaborating with the Resort Leadership Team. You will help develop and implement policy and operational changes, manage budget allocations for business sustainability, and identify opportunities that support the achievement of annual business goals. • Lead and coordinate front desk, reservations, night audit, and bell/valet operations. • Supervise efficient check‑in/check‑out services and ensure seamless coordination with other departments. • Mentor and develop team members, handling hiring, training, performance reviews, scheduling and recognition. • Resolve owner and guest concerns; escalate unresolved issues to the General Manager. • Manage accurate collection of monies and direct night audit activities, preparing weekly accounting reports. • Monitor payroll hours and enforce performance, uniform, and appearance standards. • Conduct regular department inspections, maintain equipment and supplies, and liaise with rental and sales teams. • Assist with owner and guest recreation activities as needed and support special projects assigned by the General Manager.
