About the Role

• Develop and implement cost control processes • Prepare and manage project budgets and forecasts • Manage procurement processes and tender evaluations • Generate and present cost reports and variance analyses • Identify and manage cost‑related risks • Monitor cost variance and contract cash flow • Ensure compliance with regulations and standards • Drive continuous improvement in cost management • Coach junior staff

What You Bring

Candidates should have over ten years of experience in construction cost management or related contractor/developer roles, with a proven record on high‑value infrastructure projects. A strong background in budgeting, cost control, financial reporting, and proficiency with tools such as MS Project or Primavera is essential, along with a Level 8 degree in a relevant field and, ideally, CMA certification. • 10+ years’ experience in construction cost management, PQS, or contractor/developer roles • Proven track record on high‑value infrastructure projects • Experience supporting cost management in major project environments • Experience influencing process improvement • Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools • Strong analytical and numerical skills • Excellent communication skills • Minimum Level 8 degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Cost Management • CMA or equivalent certification (desirable)
