About the Role
The Assistant Manager, Solutions Development is a result‑driven individual contributor responsible for developing and proposing technical solutions for clients’ facility‑management needs. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, creating tailored HVAC, UPS and chiller solutions, and supporting the sales team to drive revenue growth while meeting aggressive sales targets. • Generate qualified leads through prospecting, networking, and market research. • Meet personal sales targets and KPIs, including proposals, conversion rates, and revenue goals. • Develop technical solutions for HVAC, UPS, and chiller systems based on client requirements. • Create detailed technical specifications and solution documents addressing facility‑management challenges. • Conduct site assessments to identify client needs and solution opportunities. • Provide accurate technical content, specifications, and pricing models for proposals. • Maintain comprehensive documentation in CRM365 for all prospect and client interactions. • Build and nurture client relationships using consultative selling and technical expertise. • Stay current on emerging building‑systems technologies and energy‑efficiency trends. • Participate in industry events and conferences to expand knowledge and network. • Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure smooth handoff of technical requirements.

What You Bring
We seek candidates with at least five years of technical solution development or sales‑engineering experience in facility management, a BTech/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering, and a proven record of meeting sales and lead‑generation goals. Strong numerical aptitude, consultative selling skills, proficiency with CRM tools, and excellent communication and presentation abilities are essential. • Possess at least five years of technical solution development or sales‑engineering experience in facility management. • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales and lead‑generation targets. • Hold a BTech/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering with strong numerical aptitude. • Exhibit excellent lead generation, qualification, and consultative selling capabilities. • Proficient with CRM platforms, sales tools, and familiar with Miller‑Heiman methodology. • Possess strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. • Demonstrate results‑driven, detail‑oriented, adaptable, collaborative, and innovative behavior.
