About the Role
The Leasing Manager oversees all leasing and marketing activities at the property, partnering with the Community Manager to set leasing goals, develop strategic marketing plans, and lead the leasing team to achieve budgeted occupancy while maintaining positive resident relations. • Set leasing goals and develop a strategic marketing plan to achieve budgeted occupancy. • Lead the leasing team, ensure effective leasing techniques, accurate lease documentation, and timely reporting. • Audit lease files for policy compliance and resolve resident complaints to maintain satisfaction. • Create and run resident retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Show, lease, and move in prospective residents efficiently. • Assist in developing the annual marketing plan and budget; execute campaigns to drive traffic. • Monitor leasing and renewal progress and organize leasing and renewal events. • Conduct weekly market surveys and maintain product knowledge of the property and competition. • Support the Community Manager in recruiting, training, coaching, and performance management of staff. • Ensure staff adherence to company policies and provide ongoing coaching per Asset training benchmarks. • Oversee customer service, maintenance request response, and property appearance through regular inspections. • Manage property resources economically, obtain vendor bids, and supervise business operations functions.

What You Bring
• Require a High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred) and at least one year of housing industry experience. • Must understand on‑site software, basic computer skills, Fair Housing Laws, and OSHA requirements. • Physical duties include standing, climbing ladders, lifting up to 25 lb, operating vehicles, and working overtime or in varied weather conditions.

Benefits
• Compensation includes $22‑$24 hourly, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability), 401(k) match, commission/bonus, paid sick days and holidays.
