About the Role

• Serve as Talent Acquisition Relationship Manager for assigned business groups. • Develop and update staffing priorities and weekly staffing reports. • Conduct weekly customer relationship meetings with hiring managers. • Directly recruit candidates and manage external recruiting resources. • Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment plans, selection, and employment offers. • Utilize various sourcing approaches such as direct recruiting, job fairs, and internet recruiting. • Refer team members to headquarters talent management services as needed. • Build and maintain relationships across all organizational levels.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience. • Minimum four years of recruiting/HR experience (construction recruiting preferred). • Ability to recommend hiring decisions to upper management. • Strong organizational, prioritization, teamwork, and communication skills. • Proficiency with PC and standard software (Excel, Word, HRIS/databases). • Positive attitude, active listening, and openness to diverse input.

Benefits

The base pay range for this position is $79,000 MIN – $118,600 MAX, with higher ranges for certain locations (Denver, CO and Chicago, IL +5%; Seattle, WA and Portland, OR +10%; Washington, D.C. +12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on knowledge, skills, experience and internal equity, and the role is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.
