About the Role
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules, managing events from submission to post‑event wrap‑up. • Coordinate cross‑functional teams and resources to meet milestones and ensure seamless execution. • Monitor progress, identify risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. • Facilitate meetings, prepare reports, and maintain comprehensive project documentation. • Communicate effectively with internal teams, senior management, C‑suite audiences, and external partners. • Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts promptly. • Propose and implement technology solutions to improve event processes and capture insights. • Serve as a brand ambassador, representing Stanley Black & Decker values during customer interactions. • Provide full‑time onsite support to guarantee successful event delivery.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, event management or a related field and have 3‑4 years of event planning or customer‑engagement experience, preferably in consumer goods. They demonstrate strong organizational, communication and presentation skills, are proficient with Microsoft Office, Smartsheets and event‑management software, and can work on their feet and handle physical tasks. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management or a related field. • Possess 3–4 years of experience in event planning, customer engagement, or marketing, preferably in consumer goods. • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including delivering formal presentations. • Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheets, and familiar with event‑management software. • Willingness to work with construction‑industry tools; familiarity with the construction sector is a plus. • Able to remain on your feet for extended periods and move items as required.
