About the Role

• Evaluate and apply engineering techniques to create designs and reports. • Assist senior engineers with civil and marine design plans and calculations. • Write technical reports and present findings to project engineers and managers. • Research code provisions, specifications, and interpret engineering drawings. • Support project cost estimating. • Build and maintain positive relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients. • Perform self QA/QC on design methodology, plans, calculations, and outcomes.

The role is hands‑on, offering exposure to a diverse portfolio of civil and marine projects, and involves both fieldwork and office‑based engineering tasks across the full spectrum of waterfront design. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (structural focus preferred) and possess an Engineer‑in‑Training certification; a PE license or exam pass is a plus. Strong communication skills and fluency in English are essential. • Gain proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD, Enercalc, and related structural software. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (structural focus preferred). • Possess Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) certification; PE license or exam pass preferred. • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication abilities. • Ability to read, write, and comprehend English for job‑related communications.
