About the Role

The role is responsible for accurate order processing, pricing, and procurement while delivering dependable service to customers. It supports associates and customers through transparent communication, teamwork, and an unwavering commitment to operational excellence. The employee may modify processes to resolve situations and, under limited supervision, uses experience and independent judgment to achieve desired outcomes. The work often involves interpreting procedures and policies, periodic review by a supervisor, and providing guidance and training to junior personnel, though hiring authority is not included. • Process orders received via phone, email, text, and counter with accuracy and timeliness. • Manage basic pricing within guidelines to meet margin goals and provide advanced pricing guidance. • Coordinate non‑stock procurement and logistics to fulfill customer needs. • Securely handle credit‑card, check, and cash payments. • Identify stock items and recommend comparable alternatives for customers. • Oversee service commitments and follow up on escalated customer issues. • Maintain accurate transaction and procurement documentation. • Mentor associates on best practices and operational processes. • Utilize advanced pricing strategies and margin governance. • Solve complex problems and make decisions that improve operations. • Collaborate cross‑functionally and influence process improvements. • Coach and develop team members for performance growth.

What You Bring

Technical certification or an associate degree may be required, and generally 5‑7 years of related experience is expected. Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of inside‑sales experience with leadership, advanced pricing knowledge, strong problem‑solving, cross‑functional collaboration, and coaching abilities. • Apply 5‑7 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years of inside‑sales leadership.
