About the Role

In this role you will ensure clients’ sites remain fully operational and maintained to the highest standards. You will work across a varied environment, travelling to multiple locations, handling repairs, maintenance tasks and resolving defects to provide top‑quality service. • Deliver quality workmanship with first‑time fixes. • Manage multi‑trade maintenance tasks (plastering, carpentry, flooring, tiling, lock changes, repairs) independently.

Arcus FM is recruiting a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic facilities maintenance team, delivering both planned preventative and reactive maintenance across multiple client sites. We are looking for candidates with time‑served experience across several trades, a full valid UK driver’s licence, and confidence working independently as well as in customer‑facing settings. You should be comfortable using handheld IT equipment for work management and documentation, possess strong communication skills, reliability and a solid work ethic, and have a good understanding of health and safety regulations. The position is full‑time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with an on‑call rota one week in every four.
