About the Role
• Read, interpret, and analyze blueprints and specifications quickly and accurately. • Conduct pre‑bid activities: assess project fit, prepare scope letters, bid forms, and required documentation. • Manage bid process: maintain vendor/subcontractor database, obtain, evaluate, and compare bids, and gather pre‑qualification data. • Execute post‑bid tasks: lead kickoff meetings, handle major equipment buyouts, assist with change‑order pricing, and archive information for future estimates.

What You Bring
The company is seeking an experienced Estimator for a full‑time, day‑shift position in Round Rock, TX. The role involves estimating HVAC and plumbing projects, reading blueprints, and supporting project managers throughout the bid lifecycle. • Pass a drug test and be legally eligible to work in the US. • Hold a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and proficient English skills. • Possess expert math abilities and at least 5 years of HVAC and plumbing estimating experience.
