About the Role
The position involves assisting the Senior Project Manager, developing scopes, preparing comprehensive plans, and monitoring integrated programs across all functions. You will oversee project execution, manage budgets and invoices, and ensure timely delivery through effective stakeholder coordination. • Assist the Senior Project Manager in developing and managing component projects. • Create scope of works and comprehensive project plans. • Establish and monitor integrated project programs across functions. • Oversee execution, manage budgets, and process invoices. • Coordinate with authorities, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues. • Conduct risk identification, opportunity assessment, and mitigation planning. • Attend client, consultant, and contractor meetings to ensure successful project delivery.

What You Bring
Parsons is seeking an exceptionally talented Project Manager for Roads and Transportation in Abu Dhabi. In this role you will work directly with the client to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, focusing on projects up to $200 million in a Project Management Consultancy capacity. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and bring at least 15 years of relevant experience, including strong project controls, contracts, and commercial expertise. A proactive attitude, excellent writing and presentation skills, fluency in English and preferably Arabic, and proven ability to resolve design and construction issues are essential. • Apply 15+ years of civil engineering experience with expertise in roads and transportation projects up to $200 million. • Demonstrate strong project controls, contracts, and commercial management skills. • Possess excellent written and presentation abilities; fluency in English, Arabic preferred.
