About the Role
The Talent Specialist provides vital support to Talent Partners and helps shape the future workforce. This early‑career position offers a chance to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact. Specialists serve as the backbone of talent programs, documenting conversations, tracking development, and assisting with assessments, succession planning, performance reviews, and critical role analysis, while acting as trusted thought partners. • Coordinate and provide administrative support to Talent Partners across regions and functions. • Capture and document meetings with business leaders, highlighting performance, skill, and development themes. • Track learning and development program participation and outcomes to measure ROI. • Maintain accurate records of development plans, nine‑box data, and talent review materials. • Support creation of materials for succession planning, workforce strategy, and performance discussions. • Build strong working knowledge of Perry Homes’ talent tools, frameworks, and processes. • Partner with Learning & Development to document training progress and completions. • Prepare and contribute talent dashboards, reports, and insights for HR leadership.

What You Bring
We seek candidates with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field and 1–3 years of experience supporting HR, talent management, or learning & development.
