About the Role
We provide cost management services from contract signature and award through to project completion across various sectors, supervising the daily activities of a team of professionals. The role involves overseeing contract documentation, cost control, financial reporting, claim evaluation, stakeholder management, and driving process improvements while leading a professional team. • Prepare contract documents, warranties, bonds, and licenses and support their execution. • Advise on administration of construction or services contracts. • Measure and value work performed, adjusting variations per contract terms with the contractor. • Ensure cost control and reporting throughout the contract. • Prepare client financial reports as required. • Identify costs linked to design changes, contract awards, construction activities, and client charges. • Evaluate contractor and subcontractor claims for delays and additional costs. • Advise on issuing certificates of practical completion and negotiate final accounts. • Advise on certificates for defect rectification and final completion per submission requirements. • Drive system and process improvements for transformational change. • Manage a professional team, providing performance management, development, and coaching. • Develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Collaborate on net‑zero carbon transition, managing associated emissions and reductions.
