Freese and Nichols is hiring a highly motivated Stormwater Project Manager to lead complex flood‑resilience projects in its growing Denver, Colorado office. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in InfoWorks ICM, HEC‑HMS, and HEC‑RAS (1D/2D) with proven project‑management experience and will mentor junior staff while contributing to the firm’s Colorado growth. Candidates must have at least eight years of stormwater management experience, a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, and a Colorado Professional Engineer license or the ability to obtain it within three months. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are required, along with experience in stormwater master‑plans, GIS, technical writing, and proficiency with InfoWorks ICM, HEC‑HMS, and HEC‑RAS 2D. • Minimum eight years of stormwater management experience with a civil engineering degree. • Colorado PE license (or obtain within three months) and strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in GIS, technical writing, and modeling tools (InfoWorks ICM, HEC‑HMS, HEC‑RAS).
