About the Role
The Account Manager role focuses on managing complex real‑estate portfolios and coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, integrated services that meet client objectives and drive operational excellence. • Serve as single point of accountability for assigned client accounts, building relationships with C‑level executives. • Conduct regular business reviews presenting portfolio performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations. • Oversee end‑to‑end operations across the client’s real‑estate portfolio, coordinating facility management, project management, leasing and consulting services. • Identify operational efficiencies and cost‑optimization opportunities while maintaining service quality. • Lead cross‑functional account teams, establishing communication protocols, performance expectations and accountability. • Manage account P&L, including budgeting, forecasting and financial performance optimization; monitor KPIs and SLA metrics.

What You Bring
• Minimum 10 + years experience in commercial or corporate real estate with large, complex portfolios (>1 million sq ft). • Proven P&L responsibility and track record of driving client satisfaction in professional services. • Advanced knowledge of facility management, lease administration, project management and space planning; proficient with CAFM/IWMS platforms and advanced Excel. • Strong communication, presentation, analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders. • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Real Estate, Engineering or related); MBA or relevant master’s preferred.
