About the Role

The Material Expeditor role is responsible for crating, uncrating, and woodworking of supplies, equipment, and materials, while maintaining a positive company image. The position is remote, contingent on contract award, and focuses on efficient handling of government‑owned project material. • Ship, receive, stage, and transport government equipment and materials. • Inspect received items, log them into inventory systems, and report discrepancies. • Coordinate daily deliveries and pickups between contractor facilities and government locations. • Package, label, weigh, and prepare equipment for domestic and international shipment. • Maintain accurate shipping documentation and inventory records. • Support warehouse organization, material handling, and secure storage of Sponsor‑Owned Project Material. • Maintain an active Secret security clearance.

What You Bring

Work may involve walking, standing, bending, reaching, and handling items up to 50 lb, as well as occasional ladder use and travel. Employees must operate computers, communicate effectively, and adhere to confidentiality standards. Reasonable accommodations are provided in compliance with ADAAA. • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent. • Possess at least one year of materials management or supply experience. • Demonstrate basic computer and keyboarding skills. • Experience fabricating shipping containers and using woodworking power tools. • Hold a valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. • Be a U.S. citizen and pass required background and drug tests. • Familiarity with government contract acquisition management (preferred).
