About the Role
You will partner directly with business leaders to drive organizational success through innovative people strategies, cultural initiatives, and digital disruption of HR programs and systems. You will also deliver comprehensive HR solutions—including talent management, performance optimization, employee engagement tools, change management, and regulatory expertise—while collaborating with HR Operations and Solutions to implement programs aligned with business needs. • Partner with business leaders to develop innovative people strategies and cultural initiatives. • Drive digitisation of HR programs and systems. • Deliver comprehensive HR solutions, including talent management and performance optimisation. • Advise managers on HR tools to boost employee engagement and development. • Lead change management initiatives and ensure compliance with employment regulations. • Collaborate with HR Operations and Solutions to implement business‑aligned programmes. • Provide strategic HR consulting with a proven track record. • Identify performance‑improvement opportunities and make data‑driven recommendations. • Build partnerships and influence across all organisational levels. • Shape organisational culture and drive meaningful change. • Work on diverse business challenges and strategic projects.
