About the Role
Daily tasks include sweeping, mopping, and washing floors; using commercial buffers and shampoo machines; vacuuming rugs and spot‑cleaning them; dusting furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, and light fixtures; cleaning interior glass, windowsills, doors, and entrance panes; and maintaining bathrooms by restocking supplies, cleaning tiles and fixtures, and reporting any defects. The role also involves collecting building trash, replacing liners, managing waste containers, removing snow from steps and walkways, and performing periodic work such as high‑dusting, leather and wood polishing, and wall washing. • Sweep, mop, and wash floors and interior surfaces using commercial buffers and shampoo machines. • Vacuum rugs, spot‑clean daily, and shampoo when directed. • Dust and clean furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, light fixtures, and perform periodic high‑dusting. • Clean interior glass, windowsills, doors, and entrance glass panes. • Maintain bathrooms, restock supplies, clean tiles and fixtures, and report defects. • Collect building trash, replace liners, and manage waste containers. • Remove snow from steps and walkways as required. • Perform periodic tasks such as leather and wood polishing, wall washing, and high dusting. • Operate cleaning equipment safely, follow directions, and work independently or in a team. • Provide attention to detail, high energy, and endurance.

What You Bring
No prior cleaning experience is required, but the candidate must be able to follow directions, work with minimal supervision, operate cleaning equipment safely, and demonstrate attention to detail, high energy, and endurance. • No prior cleaning experience required; ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision. • Ability to use portable vacuum cleaners and other cleaning tools.

Benefits
Compensation ranges from $13.60 to $16.00 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package that may include health, vision, dental insurance, flexible spending and health savings accounts, retirement plans, and life and disability coverage, as well as paid and unpaid time off.
