About the Role
The Project Controls Lead will oversee programme controls, ensuring accuracy and consistency of plans, cost, safety, environment and performance reporting, and will allocate controls team resources efficiently. They will establish compliant control processes and maintain them at the territory and project level. • Review new project proposals and develop realistic, resourceable plans. • Identify resourcing requirements and coordinate with planning functions. • Provide day‑to‑day reporting support on plans, costs, safety, environment, and performance. • Ensure project data entered into cost and performance systems meets required standards.

What You Bring
The role is for an experienced Project Controls Director, ideally from aviation, transportation, rail or defence, with at least 20 years of civil infrastructure programme and project controls experience, including U.S. civil construction. The candidate will lead the controls function for large‑scale infrastructure programmes. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or a related discipline, demonstrate strong communication skills, and be proficient with PC operating systems, Microsoft Office and Primavera P6. In‑depth knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction and start‑up processes is required. • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. • Minimum 20 years of civil infrastructure program/project controls experience, including US civil construction. • Proven experience in aviation, transportation, rail, or defence projects (aviation preferred). • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Proficiency with PC operating systems and software, including Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office. • Knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and start‑up processes.

Benefits
The position offers a base salary between $190,000 and $250,000, reflecting experience and qualifications, and supports a flexible, productive work environment that values work‑life balance.
