About the Role
In this role you will manage all aspects of apartment rentals, from attracting and assessing prospective residents to completing lease documentation and move‑in procedures. You will lead tours of vacant and model units, process applicant information within 24 hours, schedule lease signings promptly, and maintain courteous communication with residents and applicants to ensure high occupancy. • Attract prospective residents and create applicant files • Lead tours of vacant and model apartments • Process applications within 24 hours • Schedule and complete lease signings promptly • Maintain resident communication and promote retention programs • Coordinate with office team and assist with property tasks • Research market and support marketing activities • Follow up with prospects at least five times • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies

What You Bring
We expect you to have prior customer‑service experience, with leasing or sales experience considered a plus, and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record for traveling between properties.
