About the Role
• Operate haul trucks, bobcats, graders, dozers, rollers, and other heavy machinery for base and grading tasks. • Conduct daily pre‑ and post‑operation inspections and document results. • Perform routine servicing and maintenance on equipment as instructed. • Follow all company policies and OSHA/MSHA/environmental safety regulations. • Communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members. • Perform general labor and site clean‑up duties as directed. • Assist team members and supervisors with additional tasks and overtime as needed. • Participate in a 401(k) plan with employer match.

What You Bring
Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and possess experience operating equipment such as haul trucks, bobcats, graders, and rollers. They must be able to conduct pre‑ and post‑operation inspections, perform basic maintenance, and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Flexibility to assist with general labor, overtime, and additional duties as directed is also required. • Demonstrate dedication to safe work practices with 1–2 years of equipment operation experience preferred. • Pass a pre‑employment drug screen and provide valid I‑9 documentation, a clean motor vehicle record, and a driver’s license.
