About the Role
• Lead planning, delivery and completion of major construction projects ensuring quality, safety, profitability and client satisfaction. • Manage project teams, subcontractors and client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. • Plan, coordinate and develop staffing levels to meet current and future workloads. • Implement and maintain quality management systems to uphold standards. • Monitor team performance and provide coaching or corrective actions as needed. • Promote a strong health, safety and sustainability culture across the project. • Attend external pre‑start meetings and build strong client relationships. • Oversee project setup, embedding company systems and procedures. • Track project progress, proactively address issues and ensure alignment with employer requirements. • Administer valuation system to maximise cash flow and commercial outcomes. • Drive continuous improvement and innovation throughout the project lifecycle. • Deliver projects valued over £30 million across multiple sites.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has substantial experience in Design & Build, new build and refurbishment projects, with a proven track record of managing multi‑site programmes worth over £30 million. Strong leadership, excellent communication and the ability to motivate multidisciplinary teams are essential, as is a relevant qualification such as an HNC/ONC or progress towards one. • Possess a relevant qualification such as HNC/ONC (or be working towards it). • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
