About the Role

As a multi-family Residential Electrical Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to‑day operations of our residential electrical services in Wilmington, NC. You will lead a team of electricians, coordinate projects, and ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. The role involves providing technical guidance, managing resources, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. • Lead, mentor, and supervise residential electricians to maintain high performance. • Plan, schedule, allocate resources, and manage budgets for residential electrical projects. • Conduct inspections to ensure work meets quality standards, codes, and regulations. • Serve as primary contact for residential clients, handling inquiries and issue resolution. • Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot complex problems, and ensure proper installation of systems. • Enforce safety protocols, hold regular safety meetings, and ensure OSHA compliance. • Manage inventory of materials, tools, and equipment, maintaining accurate usage records. • Identify training needs and coordinate development programs for the team. • Implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency. • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including work orders, invoices, and permits.

What You Bring
