About the Role

Core duties include installing, repairing, and maintaining industrial electrical components such as lighting, protective devices, motors, inverters, soft starts, and wye‑delta systems, as well as interpreting schematics and using safe test and measurement practices. Technicians also calibrate and document flow, level, pressure, temperature, and analytical instrumentation, troubleshoot process control loops, and perform wire‑pull tasks like terminating motor starters, installing raceway, conduit, and cable trays in compliance with NECA 101 standards. • Follow safety protocols including PJHA, observation processes, and fall protection. • Use hand and power tools daily for electrical and mechanical tasks. • Perform elevated work on ladders, platforms, and scaffolding as needed. • Operate industrial powered vehicles such as forklifts, aerial lifts, and scissor lifts. • Install, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems (lighting, motors, inverters, protective devices). • Read and interpret electrical schematics and control diagrams. • Calibrate and document flow, level, pressure, temperature, and analytical instruments. • Troubleshoot process control loops using specialized testing equipment. • Execute wire‑pull tasks: terminate motor starters, install raceway, conduit, and cable trays per NECA 101 standards. • Complete time accounting and work order documentation accurately and promptly. • Maintain an up‑to‑date personal tool inventory. • Communicate effectively with team members and customers to support project goals.

Technicians work in a safety‑first, team‑oriented environment, adhering to PJHA, observation processes, and all company and site safety guidelines. The role requires moderate supervision, daily use of hand and power tools, willingness to work all shifts including holidays and weekends, and the ability to perform elevated work using ladders, platforms, or scaffolding with fall protection. Candidates should have 2‑5 years of mechanical experience or 1‑2 years of education in electronics or industrial electricity, with a preference for a background in electronics or industrial electricity. Ability to obtain a state journeyman electrical license and ISA CCST Level 1 certification is required, along with basic computer literacy and knowledge of preventive/predictive technologies. The role demands physical capabilities such as lifting up to 50 lb, climbing ladders or stairs, operating hand and power tools, and safely driving forklifts or aerial lifts. Benefits

The position offers up to $35 per hour, DOE, with a schedule of Tuesday‑Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 5 p.m., and weekly pay on Fridays. Compensation ranges from $29.75 to $35.00 per hour, with pay determined by factors such as location, experience, and collective bargaining agreements; the company will not pay less than minimum wage.
