Assist in project setup, monitoring, documentation, and client coordination for geotech testing.

About the Role
• Assist with proposal follow‑ups, handling tracking, communication, and documentation. • Set up projects with proper scope definition, budgeting, and scheduling. • Support project closeouts by preparing final documentation, reports, and client communications. • Conduct pre‑construction observations and generate field reports. • Tabulate vibration and settlement monitoring data and help prepare monthly summary reports. • Aid project managers with technical tasks, field coordination, and client updates. • Maintain organized project files, logs, and quality control documentation. • Interpret construction plans, specifications, and technical data.

What You Bring
• Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills. • Proficient in MS Office applications. • Willingness to conduct occasional field observations. • Possess or be able to obtain EIT certification (preferred). • Hold a valid Florida driver’s license. • Exhibit a positive attitude and collaborative work style. • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
